Quarterly POA Meeting Held
On Saturday, April 26th, we had our first quarterly meeting for the North Hill Property Owner’s Association. A few of the topics of discussion were as follows:
The new Board Officers:
President – Paul Saunders
Vice President – Michelle Fradella
Secretary – Stacy Boudin
Treasurer – Sonny Hedges
Member At Large – Melinda Jackson
We would like to thank Tammy Stockstill for her past two years of commitment to the NHPOA as the Vice President. Tammy did a wonderful job as a board member, and we are indeed grateful for her service.
Melinda Jackson is the new advisor for the Architectural Review Committee, and gave a brief outline of the process for obtaining building permits for the County and our neighborhood. We are also in need of more volunteers to serve on the ARC, so we ask that anyone who would like to join please call Melinda.
Other issues that were presented were the condition of the roads in our subdivision. The NHPOA Board has no authority over the County, and since the roads are owned by Pearl River County, it is in everyone’s best interest to call and complain to our new District Supervisor, Sandy Kane Smith. His Office Phone is 601-403-2300.
There has also been a few complaints about trash being dumped on individual lots in Phase IV of North Hill. If you see any suspicious activities, please call the Sheriff’s Department at 601-749-7700.
The next quarterly meeting will be held in July. The exact date will be announced.
